Phumudzo Modau is the founding Director with exceptional and demonstrable experience in the oil and energy industry across the African continent. He is highly skilled in value engineering, cost management, project estimation, quantity surveying, and construction, complemented by strong business acumen. Phumudzo holds a National Diploma in Building and a Bachelor of Technology in Quantity Surveying degree from the University of Johannesburg. He also holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA), showcasing his strong legal expertise. He is a registered candidate with both the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Kamogelo Mphaketsane is the company’s founding Director with extensive experience in the building construction industry. He takes a hands-on approach to project costing, budget reports, and contracts, and is skilled in addressing contractual issues. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Johannesburg and a Mining Engineering Diploma from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
